Electro fusion Jointing:
An electro fusion control box is used to pass a constant current through an
electro fusion fitting which contains an integral heating element. The
combination of temperature and pressure caused by the heating and expansion of
the polyethylene forms a homogeneous joint between the pipe and fitting.

Compression Fittings Jointing:
Compression fittings are installed easily on the PE Pipes. Their components -
the body and nut, clenching ring and the rubber O-Ring- ensure a frequent, quick
assembly and disassembly of the pipe system.
Proper connection of the pipe end is achieved by hand tightening the nut and
this ensures the perfect positioning of the O-Ring and the resistance to
hydraulic forces.

Butt Fusion
Jointing:
The ends of the pipe
and fittings are trimmed. Cleaned and then raised to a preset temperature for a
specific time by a heating tool. The molten joint surfaces are brought together
with a firm constant pressure and allowed to cool. The joint surfaces fuse
together to form a perfectly homogeneous joint, eliminating completely the risk
of operator error and further ensuring the system's integrity.
