Manufacturing Standards
MANUFACTURES HDPE according to International standards ISO
4427 German standards DIN 8074 & 8075 British standards BS
6437 & 6730 AWWA C 906 - 90
PIPE LENGTH:
Pipes up to and including 125mm in diameter are supplied in
either straight or as coils.
STRAIGHT LENGTH:
Straight pipes are supplied in different lengths according
to client's requirements.
The standard length of straight pipes is 6 & 12 M.
STANDARD COILS:
Coils of 50, 100, 150, 200 & 500 m are available in pipe
sizes 16mm up to and including 125mm.
Other coil lengths may be provided upon request.

1- Certification:
S&M Products
had been proved by the Royal scientific Society.
2- Performance Tests:
Performance
tests are carried out on the S&M Pipe System as per DIN, ISO and EN.
3- Raw materials:
Ensuring that
raw materials used comply with requirements of DIN, ISO and EN
4- Visual & Dimensional Control:
Thickness &
outside diameter are regularly checked on each pipe production batch to ensure
their compliance with the required specifications.
5- Physical Tests:
The following
tests are done regularly:
- Longitudinal Heat Reversion test as per DIN, ISO and
EN.
- Strength Test at elevated temperature as per DIN 8075
